After I took an age figuring out how to do the exchange!!!!, then I got it away. I like that Curvy set out all the paperwork labels and does tell you what to do for the return of the bra and also they pay all postage. The next size up of the same bra I had originally bought was promptly sent to me. Very quick service and delivery. Happy customer. The next size up fits perfectly, the cup size stayed the same
